Pro Audio Wiring - Shipping Policy

 
At Pro Audio Wiring we always strive to ship your items to meet your delivery needs at the lowest rates available! Shipping may be upgraded for an additional cost presented to you at checkout. Any returned merchandise that has been deemed as “our fault” will have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund or credit. NOTE: Orders, bids or quotes requested via the phone or email will have shipping calculated differently than calculated on this web site.

Please read all shipping policies as well as terms and conditions before selecting the shipping option on your order. Feel free to email us if you have any special delivery needs, requests or questions:

All orders are shipped F.O.B. ship point (Allen Park, Michigan 48101) unless items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer (Drop Shipment).

Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. If this is not an acceptable means of shipping your order, please let us know by email, and we will consider your order requests. Shipping charges will be prepaid & added to the cost of your order. Regarding special shipments on large orders, especially international shipments, please contact us directly:
sales@proaudiowiring.com.

Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping details at the time of check out. Any mistakes with shipping address details are the buyer’s responsibility. Pro Audio Wiring cannot retrieve any mistaken shipments and/or change the destination. If packages are lost due to seller error, the seller is responsible for the replacement and shipping costs associated with shipping items. If the package(s) are returned due to an error on the buyers part, shipping fees will have to be paid before items can be shipped again.

Shipping Times: Pro Audio Wiring makes every effort in shipping your order(s) on a “soon as possible” basis. We understand the importance of you order, and your needs are important to us. If you placed an order for items that are not in-stock we will contact you with expected date of when your ordered items will be available to ship. If you cannot wait for the out of stock items, we will provide the option for substitute or a refund will be issued.  

Please note: Orders may be held for credit or security verification. We will contact you quickly if any additional verification is necessary. Please contact us (sales@proaudiowiring.com) if you need to make any further changes to your order or shipping method. Once your package is in transit, we will e-mail a detailed confirmation of your order which includes order total, shipping amount, and tracking information.

Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "3 – 5 days", etc. are used to denote service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international addresses may take longer. 

International Orders: We ship all international orders by United States Postal Service via Priority International Flat Rate service. We know that this is the best option not only the cost but the value of the “Flat Rate” option. Pro Audio Wiring is not responsible for import fees or taxes of any kind or type. If you would like a favorable amount to be declared on the custom documentation, please notify us at the time of checkout of your order. We will try to accommodate your reasonable request.
